Yes,  food/supplies donations are recorded as a gift-in-kind.  Please provide the church office with a completed check request form (noting that it is not a reimbursement, but a donation) and any receipts or other documentation. 

Yes,  all  monetary donations that were not provided in exchange for goods or services and gift-in-kind donations are tax deductible.  The church will mail quarterly statements to the address on file. If you need to request a giving statement or have questions about a statement you've received, please contact Alexis in the church office at 317-283-1305.
