WORSHIP

Join us on Sundays at 10 a.m.

Our mission:  To serve, love and grow in the ever-widening circles of Christ’s grace.

Coffee & Conversations on Scripture at 9 a.m.

Coffee & Conversations on Scripture at 9 a.m.
NEW and ONGOING! Please join Ondrea McAulay in the Community Room before Sunday service for coffee and conversation about the day's scripture lesson. We will read scripture, reflect on questions about the text, and apply it to our lives.

To find our Community Room, enter the door under the blue awning on 47th Street, go down the steps and turn left.

Join us for a time of celebration, reflection, sharing, and family.

We believe in a community focus that is warm and inviting to everyone. Within a relaxed atmosphere, our worship service offers contemporary spiritual music combined with traditional hymns and elements of a “classic” church service. Casual clothing is welcome. Powerful, relevant messages from the perspective of the everyday world give you the energy and guidance you need to start your week with a smile.

Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month and is completely gluten freeIt is our practice that all believers in Christ are invited to partake, so please feel invited to share in the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
Children’s Ministry

Both our paid childcare staff and volunteers undergo criminal background and reference checks. They are also required to participate in an annual child protection training.

Nursery (For children under the age of 3) -
The Nursery is located on the way in to the Sanctuary from the 47th Street entrance. Our nursery caregiver is the wonderful Ms. Addie, who warmly welcomes our children and sets parents’ minds at ease.

Young Children (Ages 3 through 11) - Childcare is located on the main floor (across from the small chapel) and is open all morning. Ms. Julie greets the kids with kindness and always prepares fun activities and a scripture lesson.

Middle School - The 6th-8th grade youth are invited to head down to the lower floor for Sunday School following Joys and Concerns. The youth have a Bible study and discussion, which wraps up at 11:00 a.m. Youth are excused to find their parents and attend the gathering in the Community Room following worship.

If preferred, your children are welcome to remain in service with you. Activity bags with coloring books are available and can be found on the way into the Sanctuary from the 47th Street entrance.

Where To Park and Building Access:

Street parking is available on Central Avenue. Enter through the large church doors at the top of the steps and you will find yourself at the back of the sanctuary.

Parking is also available on 47th Street, between the church and CFI 70 on the south side of the street, as well as in the school parking lot. From 47th Street, walk to the double wooden doors under the blue awning.

To the right of the wooden doors and blue awning is our handicapped entrance, where a ramp leads down to glass doors. Take the elevator inside to “Floor 2 – Main Level.” When the elevator doors open, the Sanctuary will be directly ahead of you.
